Info Post
Pretty (in both senses) impressive in the cold sushine. c100 Wigeon, 13 Teal, c70 Mallards, 6 Little Grebes & a M Gadwall. c20 Curlew, 14 Redshanks, 5 Turnstones, 33 Dunlin, 17 Ringed Plovers, 1 Sanderling & 1 small (Redshank size ) Bar T Godwit.2 Little Egrets & ,in the Bay, a Gt Crested Grebe.
Nothing truly out of the ordinary ( except for the Gadwall),but what was nicewas that at mid am - high tide- most of these were concentrated in the creek between the Boat Club car park & the mudflat upstream.
High tide tomorrow is c 11-30, the forecast is for sun, & it might even be worth a detour.
