Coming up our lane after giving a talk in Fishyguard - screeched to a halt to avoid a fluffy looking owlet on the road. Surprisingly, considering amount of downy plumage it took off and flew away reasonably effortlessly. Given twilight and brevity of view not 100% sure of species but probably a Tawney as heard later when walking dogs.
