What's for breakfast?

My habitual breakfast coffee was enlivened this morning when a Bonxie flew past just above rooftop level. It was using the uplift from the escarpment above Flemming's Way/Merlin's Brook, powering its way westward towards St Bride's Bay, some six miles away. This is the furthest inland I've seen a skua in Pembrokeshire during over 30 years of watching here.
