Parrots at Milford Haven

I 'took myself' to Milford today but found no Parrots. Instead I found the above. Sorry fellas but unfortunately with only my camera I was unable to record any details from the silver ring.
Even more unfortunate was that Cosalts no longer sell the waterproof trousers I had wanted to purchase.
