Plenty of birds making the most of the milder conditions and the flies that are on the wing. Firsts here this year inc. 3-4 Spotted flycatchers and both a Wood warbler and a Redstart singing away. A party of Willow tits in the scrub, a few Blackcaps, lots of siskins and a Reed bunting was singing beside the pond.
