Just the briefest glimpse of a pair of black wing tips, in the reeds where it usually hangs out, flew a few yards before vanishing. I`m 99.99% sure it was, but wanted to see more - mildly frustrating. Following Bernies post, Harrier not visible, in fact very quiet this evening.
