Funny how things turn out - you go in search of a Great White Egret, and you find a Cattle Egret instead! Seen c.5pm in tree more or less opposite the house with the for sale sign, just south of the church, and later roosting with Little Egrets in a tree on the west bank further downstream. First in Pembrokeshire since 1996 and the fourth ever. 3 Egrets in a day on the Dale peninsula - magic (except I missed one of them!).
