A relatively brief visit was quite productive. A Kingfisher, an ad & a juv Sandwich Tern preening with the gulls. A repeatedly flushed flock of 6 Greenshank & 4 Redshank with probably 2 seperate Greenshanks. On the mud another flock of 9 Dunlin, 6 Sanderlings, 2 Ringed Plovers & a Knot.Plus 2 Turnstones & a Common Sandpiper.
Why no Med Gulls here?.
