Plenty of birds going over in the morning - 480 Skylarks, 200 Chaffinches, 35 Linnets, 40 Greenfinches, 8 House Sparrows, 75 Blue Tits, 40 Siskins, 15 Rooks, 6 Redpolls, the first Brambling of the autumn & a Lapland Bunting.
A Cetti's Warbler sang briefly at Moorey Mere & around the valleys there was about 25 Goldcrests, a Ring Ouzel, a Tree Pipit, 5 Chiffchaffs & a Mistle Thrush
