Info Post
A lovely coastal walk collecting roving records etc. Many redwings along the coast and inland (many preparing to roost in the coastal gorse heath this evening) - they are everywhere! Good numbers of song thrushes about too.

Probably in excess of 300 golden plovers and small numbers of lapwings in almost every field on the coast between Porth Clais and Treginnis.

On irrigation pond at Treginnis 4 little grebes, a minimum of 20 teal and a single shoveler.

A pair of chough not far from Taflod (possibly roosting near here). Needs checking in spring, as they have not bred successfully here for several years.

In excess of 100 kittiwakes were feeding in Ramsey Sound.

Yesterday a kestrel was hunting near Brandy Brook area.

There are now at least 31 (poss 33) goosanders on Bosherston Lakes.
