A Juvenile Curlew Sandpiper in with the Dunlin at Kilpaison this afternoon providing a nice change from the usual fare there and added excitement to the autumn wader passage. It even did the decent thing and walked past me, feeding, to have its photo taken. A few more pics at the end of the gallery

Also present good numbers of other waders - 150+ Dunlin, 50+ Ringed Plover, 20 Sanderling, 12 Turnstone, 6 Knot and 10 Redshank.
At Angle Harbour a little earlier 11 Dunlin, 2 Turnstone, 2 Little Egrets and 2 ad. Med Gulls.
