3 Crossbills were finally pinned down in Glynaeron forest this morning after an hour of frustrating distant calls. They were in the clearing at the top of the track from the entrance.On a sheep field between Newchapel and Llechryd there was an unusually large flock of over 80 Skylark feeding.
