Dale Airfield....

In fact very wet Dale Airfield. My rain spattered bins provided me with kaleidascopic views of :- 5 Chough, 2 Wheatear 1 Curlew, 1 summer plumage Dunlin, 5 Whimbrel & a Godwit of some sort - all down on the "cross roads." I was contemplating a look at St Anns Head, but the impressive water retention properties of my jeans made me run for home, the thought of steak & chips, washed down with a glass or two of "Chateaux River Gann" proved too much also.
