Info Post

Persistence finally paid off, with my 4th visit in 5 days to the fields at Kete rewarded with a nice juvenile Dotterel. It was in the recently sown field to the north of the National Trust car park, on the sharp bend. Not the best views I've ever had of this species, but it did give me a great opportunity to make a bid for Pembrokeshire Birds Blog Rubbish Photo of the Year 2011. Also there a Golden Plover, 3 Dunlin & 14 Ringed Plover. Nothing to speak of on Dale Airfield, and a quick look at the Gann in the drizzle and gloom produced 4 Bar-tailed Godwit, 4 Redshank, 3 Dunlin, 6 Ringed Plover, 3 Med Gulls & a Great-crested Grebe.
