On the main Fishguard St David's road was a Water Rail, alive and running along the roadside well outside it's usual habitat, I would think as a result of the moorland being frozen.
On the road through the Dowrog, we saw two male Hen Harriers bothering one of the largest Teal flocks I have seen outside of the estuarys, well over 50 birds, possibly three or four times that number, they were staying very low and it was hard to see them all at once.
As we left there were also two woodcock flushed from the verges.
