Info Post
Astonishing numbers of Chough here this morning. Not content with the resident family of six from Renny's Slip, a party of as many as 30 came over from the direction of Marloes at about 0800, and then spread out feeding in the fields and on the Deer Park. It really was hard to count them all: 4 of us tried (including Bob & Annie, and they count enough of them!) and we all came up with different estimates.

There are also good numbers of Sparrowhawks around: a big female flew at waist height by the NT car park yesterday, a male later, and a juvenile was seen taking a paserine in the valley this morning.
