Left home before 8 a.m. in Spring sunshine, arrived Angle Bay 20 mins later in Winter - cloudy, freezing wind. Hoped for some waders but 1 Knot, 1 Curlew and c.50 Oystercatchers were all there was! Rescue was at hand with 6 Light Bellied Brent Geese which dropped in for a while and fed on the shoreline close to the car.
