The drake Garganey still showing well at Bosherston near the reed bed below Stackpole Court, although, frustratingly from a photographic viewpoint at the far side of the ponds. At the Eight Arch Bridge I watched the gruesome spectacle of a LBB Gull trying to swallow a Blackbird whole - it got it all down bar the wings and eventually dropped it over the parapet. Photos too revolting to show!
At Freshwater West a small colony of 10 or so pairs of Sand Martins are digging their nest holes in the cliff side just up from the car park.
