30 -31st July:-
Watched the High tide come in at the moorings Sat am and Sat pm. Amongst others 2 SP Black tailed godwits, up to 11 Dunlin, 1 Sanderling (webley), 4 Common Sandpipers, 3 Little egrets. Also a bar headed and a barnacle goose amongst the canadas out from the Webley Hotel (we frequently have a flock of exactly the same composition at boat lane Goldcliff). At Cemaes headland Sun am 2 Chough, 2 Stonechat, 2 coal tit, 3 Common Scoter and hundreds if not thousands of manxies close offshore.
