Hoopoe - Thursday

Further news of the Hoopoe at St Davids reported earlier in the week for Wednesday. This time from Lou Luddington for Thursday - I just wanted to report a sighting of a Hoopoe in St Davids’ at 17:30 on Thursday 18^th March by Pen Rhiw on the back route to Whitesands beach from St Davids’. I was really amazed to see it sitting on the ground and it stopped me in my tracks. I wound down the window of the van and watched it for a bit, where upon it flew up into a tree and watched me!
