Bosherston, Angle

No sign of the Black Tern at Bosherston this morning and pretty quiet there with 53 Mallard and 4 Wigeon. A loud blast from a Cetti's Warbler near the Grassy Bridge was unexpected and a Kingfisher sped past at the 8 Arch Bridge.
At Kilpaison late morning 10 Light-bellied Brents, 200+ Wigeon, 15 Bar-tailed Godwits, 27 Dunlin, 14 Ringed Plover and a lone Redshank. A juv Peregrine zoomed over and put everything up, geese and ducks included - you'd think they would be safer on the water than in the air!
