Info Post
A trip out early afternoon basically resulted in a thorough soaking - nothing Paramo or Brasher could do about it apparently.  At the Gann 5 juvenile Turnstone, a Dunlin, a Redshank, around 20 Black-headed Gulls and my first Little Grebe of the autumn at this site.  Onto Dale Airfield, more water than I have ever seen, the wind thrashing the rain so hard into me it hurt!  No waders but plenty of large gulls, including a dark backed adult that may have been a hybrid HG/LBBG or possibly a Yellow-legged Gull, too windy too see it properly.
