The immature bird was still at the Mere this morning, seems to be moving into a different area lately, towards the Britton hide. Just musing, the two adults that flew to Somerset, left with a strong SW wind, which took them roughly 45 degrees - to Steart, today the wind has been SE-ish, what are the chances?
