Info Post
As Brian reports the airfield runways have plenty of water on them, especially the 'main' east-west runway where the overgrown grassy borders create nice bunds to hold the water in - no waders, but it's surely only a matter of time.....best I could manage were 2 Wheatear and 4 Meadow Pipits.  Gann little better, with a Bar-tailed Godwit, a Ringed Plover, a Little Egret, 2 Wheatear, 1 Pied Wagtail, 2 Little Grebe and a lone Wigeon in the bay.

Makes me wonder, with a little management of the main runway, whether some semi-permanent shallow pools could be created?  Just a thought.
