News from Paul G - Melodious Warbler showing well early afternoon (but not so well later - gorse fires with attendant fire engines made it more elusive), and a juvenile Little Ringed Plover from the 'old' (Scammel) hide at Marloes Mere. This small pool has low water levels and plenty of mud around the fringes so a good bet for an unusual wader - Green Sand, Dunlin & Snipe here recently.
