I visited the Starling roost at Minwear this evening expecting a spectacular show after the large numbers there last week. Amazing how things change so quickly. Great sky but disappointing numbers of Starlings with "just" a few thousand which came in in small groups and dropped into the far end of the reed bed very quickly. I wonder if they have moved on to Plumstone already.
