Newgale Marsh Snipe and Solva Harbour

I was at the Marsh at around 1240hrs today and there were very few snipe evident; however a large Kuhne und Nagel truck, which was parked behind the pub, reversed towards the Marsh with its reversing bleep sounding - that put up snipe by the dozen! No snipe at Solva Harbour, but there were three oystercatchers, a redshank and the regular wintering little egret.
