A nice afternoon out

A great 5 hours out with Paul G, highlights being Great Grey Shrike (2pm, Pantmaenog), Pink-footed Goose (Nevern), 2 Black Guillemots (Fishguard Harbour), Willow Tit (Llangloffan Fen), and at Plumstone an impressive starling roost against a clear sky, with 3 Hen Harriers (2 males), 2 Goshawk (male & female), Peregrine, Buzzard and to finish a Short-eared Owl (perched on a post and then hunting) and a Woodcock as we walked back to the car. Nice.
