Highlights of a few sites visited today:
St Brides Bay from Newgale to Goultrop - 1 Black-throated Diver from Druidston, 4 Great Northern Divers, c30 Red-throated Divers and c60 Common Scoter.
Bicton ponds- 10 Pochard, 3 Shoveler and 20+ Tufted ducks.
Monkhaven - very quiet with no sign of any Chiffchaffs or Firecrests now.
Dale roads - 3 Red-throated Divers from the fort.
Kete - the 4 Whoopers and 2 Bewicks still present.
Marloes Mere - good numbers of Teal, Shoveler and Wigeon, 4 Pochard, 1Tufted duck and unusually for here, a juvenile Mute Swan. Also a Merlin and Sparrowhawk.
