The BBC online weather forecast predicted it would be sunny at 9am, & so it was.

On the rising tide 66 Wigeon with the DB Brent which has joined up with them. 7 Redshanks, 4 Lapwings, 9 Oystercatchers (but 13 more on the roost) 1 Little Egret, 3 Little Grebes. Only a couple of Curlews & some distant Ringed Plovers.
On the Parrog rocks 12 Turnstones & a Kingfisher.

By 10 the rain had set in.
