Neyland and Greenfinches

News via e mail from Mike Jones - this afternoon 1400 nothing much at westfield pil 3 redshank 1 egret 6 teal and 5 G S W Iin the woods (mating time)
At the corner of Neyland seafront where you turn left to LLanstadwell there was 100 dunlin roosting 18 ringed plovers 4 turnstone
Greenfinches, usually I have a constant 30 to 40 in my garden at this time of the year, this year the most i have seen at any one time is 3. they normally come back in numbers around the end of October, last year they were scarce till January.
