It seems a bit sad putting my poor photographic efforts alongside the likes of Rich's but just to prove some Black Redstarts made it as far north as Strumble! I took this about ten o clock this morning. This is perching on the wall just across from the lighthouse and may have only just arrived. Only a brief visit with nothing much on the sea birdwise but also saw what looked like a Phylosc-y type warbler in the stunted gorse opposite the wall. It flew off just after I disturbed it so not exactly sure what it was...
