Info Post
A few migrants around the Angle area this morning. At East Blockhouse there were 4 Wheatears including the one in the photo which was about to cough up something nasty! Also 3 Chough and a nice flock of c.60 Goldfinches.
At West Angle Bay there was a 2nd Winter Med Gull on the beach in amongst a 100+ Black Headed Gulls. Also on the beach 4 White and 7 Pied Wagtails and, in the bushes at the back of the beach, a Blackcap and a Willow Warbler.
Angle Harbour had 8 Med Gulls on the Shingle Spit - 6 Ad., 1 1st W. 1 2nd W.
At Kilpaison very quiet on the wader front with just 12 Ringed Plover and 8 Dunlin. The Wigeon are back in number, however, with 120 there and, round at Bentlass, 500+. Also at Kilpaison 3 Wheatears on the beach as well as a few Pied Wags.
