White Stalks

It was interesting to read Den-V's blog on the White Storks. Last week, whilst working in St.Davids, i was approached by a man, who asked if i could help him identify two large white birds that he had spotted whilst walking on St.Davids airfield. He described them as being three to four foot tall, with black tails and red bills. After i had showed him White Storks within the Collins guide, he was certain that they were what he had come across.
Yesterday, I heard from a reliable local source, that again two White Storks had been spotted on a pool at Llanferran farm the same week as the airfield birds.
