Dale Airfield: a stunning juvenile Buff-breasted Sandpiper (the first at this traditional site for 14 years), found at around 10:45 and still present at 17:00 (in the shorter / burnt grassy triangle between the runways), also a minimum of 8 Lapland Buntings here this morning (none late afternoon) amongst a big flock of Skylarks and Meadow Pipits. (Buff-breast digiscoped with a Samsung NV3).
Gann: Grey Plover, 5 Barwits, 2 Dunlin, 3+ Little Egret, 4 Teal.
Dale: Chiffchaff.
Dale Fort (Point House): Willow Warbler, Chiffchaff, 2 Goldcrest, Coal Tit.
St. Ann's Head: 150 Linnet, 3 Wheatear.
