Lapland Buntings

A good morning for Lapland Buntings in the Martin's Haven / Marloes area, with 1 over the Deer Park towards Skomer, then 6+ in the coastal Tir Gofal field just to the S/E (SM763085), 1 over West Hook, and another over Trehill Farm. Hard to see on the ground (as the pic demonstrates), although at least 5 seemed faithfull to the coastal field so with patience good views can be obtained. Loads of Skylarks about - 200+ - and a flock of around 3,000 Starlings. Also this morning in this area a Brambling, 2 Siskin, and a Merlin which took a Skylark right in front of me at West Hook - amazing!
