Info Post

For some reason I have only visited Ramsay a couple of times in the past few years but thanks to Greg and Lisa's kind invite I popped over and what a day to pop! Nothing particularly out of the ordinary by Ramsay Island standards but with thirty or more chough overhead most of the time, stunning views of Sparrowhawk, Kestrels, Peregrine, Buzzard and five Red Kites circling, a pretty fine raptor day. Also lots of nice incidentals with loads of seals and migrants such as Wheatear and Whinchat, although I missed the Pied Flycatcher someone (Byron?) saw. All in all a fantastic day out, thanks to Greg and Lisa, also Cindy and her Thousand Island team for letting me see what I have been missing.
