At nearly high tide , Approx 6 Turnstone , 2 Curlew & a sgl Redshank on the rocks. The usual large number of Herring Gulls ( app 150 ) , a smaller number of Black Headed ( 30 ish ) & 2 x 1st W Med Gull with one bearing a metal ring on the right leg & a plastic white ring on the left leg with the markings E137 in black. ( Over to you RD ).
