Info Post

At Kilpaison this morning with the tide still well up there were few waders on the beach. As the tide dropped they started to drop in and when I left there were c.20 Dunlin, 15 Ringed Plover, 2 Sanderling, 8 Oystercatchers and 6 Knot. Also 5 Little Egrets. Probably a good deal more birds when the tide went out further but not, it would seem, the large numbers seen in recent weeks


Round at Angle Harbour 2 adult Med Gulls, 6 Redshank, 2 Knot, 2 Turnstone, 10 Ringed Plover and a Whimbrel.
