Colour-ringed Med Gulls

8 Mediterranean Gulls at the Gann this evening, 5 adults and 3 1st-years. The adults were in various stages of moult, some nearly in full breeding plumage - there is no better looking gull in my opinion, and March is the best month in Pembrokeshire to catch them looking "sexy"! 3 of the adults bore colour rings - white that could not be read, red 4P7 (Slovakian I think) and green AEIE (German) - details have been submitted (http://medgull.free.fr/). Also there the colour ringed Brent KLWR with 26 fellow light-bellied Brent Geese, 1 Dunlin, 1 Little Egret, 3 Little Grebes, 4 Goldeneye & 4 Ringed Plover.
