Fabulous evening! the setting sun as a backlight provided good views of the shoreline with the incoming tide, pushing everything up towards us.
6 Meds, 5 adults (1 with bright green on left leg ) 1 +1st winter.
good numbers B/H Gulls / Common gulls.
14 Brents, 4 Grey plovers, 13 Dunlin, 1 Knot, 1 Snipe, Goldeneye, Curlew, Redshank, Oysterscatchers.
Earlier at Sandyhaven as I drove past, 1 Little egret, 1 Greenshank.
As yet no Cattle egrets anywhere - just a matter of time!
