At the bridge the Green Sand & 2 Little Egrets. With the BH Gulls a 2nd W Med. 27 Ringed Plovers & 15 Dunlin at the boat club. A Merganser in the Bay. Only v few Redshanks, Oystercatchers & Curlews.
Of the c200 Black Headeds c 5 had small metal rings, quite unreadable. Why, when youv'e gone to the trouble to catch a bird this size, would you not use a ring that's readable in the field?.
