Freshwater West

The wader passage seems to have pretty much by-passed Kilpaison this spring with few birds despite several visits. This morning was no exception with 1 Curlew the only bird on show.
Freshwater West was slightly better with 4 Sanderling and a Ringed Plover though even these soon departed when people started to come to the waters edge in a brief spell of sunshine.
