Strumble and Plovers

A couple of hours at Strumble this morning produced the usual suspects, lots of Manxies, Fulmars and large Auks but not the Stormie I'd hoped for. Also there's a very interesting post on the North Wales website (We Bird North Wales) at present by 'Marcbuzzard' regarding Ringed Plovers (including the information that 'tundrae' is now 'psammadrama'). It's more detailed than the post I blogged earlier in the spring and suggests they're getting quite a few of them. I highly recommend it to anyone watching waders in Pembs.
