Whinchats...

A successful visit to The Carn Ingli site this afternoon for Whinchats, a couple of birds seen. Several Lesser Redpolls flying around too.
 There is a BTO chat survey taking place in Wales this year, 3 males (pairs) and some young Stonechats in the Penlan clearfell area of Bedd Morris this afternoon too. Sedge and Grasshopper Warblers, have moved in, as well as Reed Bunting.
 About time we found Nightjars in some of this clearfell / regrowth plantations, in the Presellis.......
