A good number of Swallows & Sand martins over the Mere and surrounding area, (c200) 4 Willow warbs, Whitethroats seem to be everywhere too.
1 femail Sparrowhawk, Grasshopper warbler still singing in the "valley" by the beach.
3 Whimbrel over St Ishmaels.
