Lapwing Numbers

A round trip from Haverfordwest via St Davids and Fishguard yesterday, 3 Feb 10, produced impressive, for these days, numbers of Lapwing. There was a large flock, c500, over Tretio Common, with other flocks along the route bringing the total to probably well over a thousand.
