Have spent the last few days based in north Pembs, where an encouraging number of Cuckoos were seen and heard, e.g. in the foothills of Preseli, at Ty Canol, Tretio, Dowrog and St David's airfield - where a male and female were courting. Redstarts also present at several sites.
