Sightings via e mail from Sash Tusa:- Martins Haven - Female Kestrel last night at c.1900,Pr of Peregrines chasing a Collared Dove (unsuccesfully). Choughs have fledged young: a group of 6 and another familly gp of 4, at least. Good views of all the auks, Gannets and Kittiwakes in Jack Sound and off Wooltack Pt from c 2 hours pre- high tide. 6 Swifts y'day afternoon over the skylark fields. Fulmars at the end of Deer Park: very hard to count, but appear to be from 2 to max 12 occupied sites, probably 2-7 nests. Gann 80 Oystercatchers at HT roost, also 1 summer plumage Dunlin, 1 Ringed Plover,1 Whimbrel. The shelduck pair still have 12x shelducklings: unchanged from 2 weeks ago (but more grown up). W Ceddau Kingfisher by Catherines Bridge carrying food. Also GS Woodpecker, Swift, House Martins, lots of bats from 2100-on. Chiffchaff singing, also Blackcap. Milford Chiffchaff singing directly above rail station, another (or the same?) above the docks. Marloes Sands: Kestrel, 2x Peregrine.
