Info Post
95 Canada Geese around the estuary this evening. Looking through the records this would seem to be a very high count for the Teifi in June although the Cleddau has had huge numbers in the middle of the month.
The small waders were roosting on the spit at high tide, 25 Ringed Plover, 20 Dunlin and 2 Sanderling. There has been massive disturbance on the estuary all afternoon with 4 Jetskis racing around so the rest of this mornings flock might have moved on.
